The Kutcher Foundation is a 501(c)(3) private operating foundation, which runs a number of innovative, community charitable programs that promote youth development, mentoring, and making a positive difference in the world. The foundation also partners with other community and national charitable programs with shared operating objectives. The foundation facilitates its own programs within Harford County and Baltimore, Maryland.
