Colonel John F. Kutcher led a life of service working 37 years in the U.S. Army and Maryland National Guard. This award was established to in his honor to carry on his legacy of service to our community and Country.
On Wednesday, May 22nd, it was awarded to C. Milton Wright senior, Aubrey Hoover at her senior awards ceremony.
“I am very happy and honored to have received this award,” says Hoover. “The incredible way Mr. Kutcher served our country is truly admirable and I hope I can make him proud.”
Hoover becomes the third recipient of this award joining Andrew Flaherty (2017) and Ryan Lepp (2018).
She is off to the University of Maryland, College park in the fall, where she will major in Bioengineering and participate in the Army ROTC program.
Hoover said, “I hope to work hard and learn lots to make our country even better”.
